1.The entire body has been rustproofing processed, which lengthens the lifespan of OP series' items
2.Usage notice: OP series' items are not suitable for rotating with spindle.
3.Electronic edge finder (OP series ) can determine the edges of workpieces and also height. They are suitable in a non-rotating spindle, which is a great advantage.
4.The batteries light up the inner LEDs. When the electrical
circuit forms, the light will shine while the edge finder is touching the workpiece. And it is visible through openings of the body.

OP- series are processed rustproofing, which can extend the lifespan of device.

Battery: 23A 12V

1. Turn the handwheel ( in μm ) forward to the machining objects and contact it slowly. (Fig. 1.)

2.Turn Backward after the edge finder light up and contact the object. (Fig.2.)

3.Repeat above 2 steps few times to determine the exact position.

(The correct postion won't make the device lights up.)
